Why is the current tested with a multimeter up to the rated current?

Short circuit current is a parameter to measure solar cell, this parameter can only be tested with component tester, and the multimeter itself is the load, so the parameter tested is the working current, please don't misunderstand. Solar cell test conditions are 1000w/m2 illumination, cell temperature is 25℃, CAM is 1.5 (atmospheric transparency), our solar panels are tested under standard light, a theoretical concept, the actual effect will be different according to the buyer's region, the weather and Solution level will be moderately reduced.
