Features
■The machine adopts wheelhead moving principle with column right-placed. New design and reasonable structure of saddle and column, good rigidity of the machine and high power of the wheelhead.
■ Hydraulic drive driven for table longitudinal movement and wheelhead cross movement, to ensure smooth movement, low noise and low temperature rise.
■ The longitudinal guide adopts flat V slide guide, and the vertical and transverse guide adopt slide guide
■ Rapid elevation mechanism provided for wheelhead vertical movement, feed can also be carried out manually.
■ The grinding head adopts angular contact ball bearing and is driven by loading motor
■ Auto lubrication system for guideways and leadscrews
