Our company produces blowout preventer and hydraulic control systems, which can meet the purposes of well drilling, under-balanced drilling, underground operation, non-killing well pressurized operations etc. With full range of specifications, bore size from 52-540(2 1/16in-21-1/4in), pressure rating from 7MPa to 105 MPa (1000psi-15000psi). The H2S resistance performance complies with NACE MR-0175:2003 requirements. It is applied to oil extraction, perforation, test, operation, pressurized operation and under-balanced drilling.
Principle: When the oil gas pressure within the well is pretty high, the blowout preventer can close the well (tightly closing). When the heavy mud is entered from the inner pressure of the drilling rod, there are four channels under the blowout preventers of the shutter, which can replace the mud suffered from gas invasion and enhance the liquid control pressure within the well to pressurize the injection of the oil gas.
Application: the blowout preventer is divided into the common blowout preventer, ring blowout preventer and rotary blowout preventer, sealing shutter ans semi-sealing shutter type. The sealing shutter can seal the whole well port while the semi-sealing shutter only seal the ring section of well port with drilling rod, Ring blowout preventer is started in emergency circumstances and it is able to deal with the drilling tool and well. Rotary blowout preventer can conduct the edge blowout operation.
Function: the well port shall be closed during the process of drilling, oil trial, well repair and well operation, so as to be preventive from well injection, which, as a result, protects the equipment and protect the safety of the working personnel.
