High hardness and strength
Ordinary steel coils lack a galvanized layer on their surface, resulting in relatively low hardness levels, typically ranging between 130-150 HBW. However, 0.3mm Zinc Coated Galvanized Steel Coils exhibit a higher plating hardness, typically falling within the range of 170-240 HBW. This is because, during the hot-dip galvanizing process, a zinc-iron alloy layer forms on the steel coil's surface.
